Beautiful hotel on the St Lawrence. Big well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Nice pool and spa facilities. We spent a week their and sight seeing the area. Lovely stay.
Excellent hotel. I don't understand the reviews that say this hotel needs major renovations. Rooms have AC, pools look well kept. This place is really good with kids - from the highchairs in all of the restaurants to the heated outdoor pool (no blue lips after 15mins in the water!) to the play kids' room with outdoor facilities, everything and everyone is very nice. The complementary calche rides are until noon on the weekends. It's a shame it is quite far from Montreal, or we'd be back sooner :)
Not the best room. Bed was comfy and they had a delicious chocolate mousse waiting for us with a nice note in French about our anniversary. It was very quiet which we appreciated. The bathtub paint was peeling, the alarm clock had no battery (Yes we like to know the time in the middle of the night and turn off our cells). The coffee maker didn't work but my husband did get us complimentary coffee from the buffet. It was great that we could walk underground to the casino from the hotel so we didn't get wet from the rain. That was the view from our little window on the 4th floor.
Really loved this hotel! The service was great and the rooms were very comfortable. Also loved the restaurant! Their use of locally sourced ingredients made the meals so exciting!
Very friendly staff, and the view of the river is picturesque! However, the room I booked (to clarify, it is the cheapest type) is tiny and doesn't even have a wardrobe... but for 300$ per night, I deserve to expect a bit more..
