very well deserved 5 star and i am not surprise that it has an average of 4.9. some of the best dishes i had in any restaurant in ant country. deserves imo 1 michelin star. if you are in the are it is a must. small suggestion, add a small children menu.
Pricy but amazing. Well worth the money. Each plate is an experience for your tastebuds. We had the wine pairing and it was great.
Excellent food, service, and value. Impossible to beat in this, or perhaps any region of the country. The chefs have lively imaginations and are willing to take risks, which adds an element of excitement to the experience. One may quibble with this or that level of refinement or wine pairing, but doing so will only somehow add to the seduction.
Excellent concept. Two chefs, each prepares the same produce but their own way. Plates are appetizer sized or a bit bigger so you can choose 2 or 3. But regardless of the concept the food is worth eating there. One of the best tables of the region.
Definitely a must if you're looking for an out of the ordinary culinary experience here in Charlevoix, QC. A unique experience awaits you. My wife and I tried the option of having the same 4 dishes (so 8 in total). Both chef give their unique twist and flavour to the dish, giving 2 authentic experiences with 1 ''pice de viande'' :)Enjoy
